Information you provide

The contact form collects your name, email, company, research interest and message, together with the time of submission and your consent to a response. GTMI uses these details to handle your enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in GTMI’s separate AWS environment in the United States. Form records are scheduled to expire after 90 days; automated deletion may take additional time. Information retained in a subsequent research or commercial relationship will be handled under that relationship’s terms.

Site operation

The site uses AWS hosting and content delivery. Infrastructure providers process technical request information to deliver and secure the service. This initial site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Your requests

To ask for access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, submit a request through the contact form using the same email address. Please avoid including confidential operating data or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
