Competitive positioning. Enterprise opportunities. Customer acquisition strategy.
SUPPORTED BY A DETAILED REFERENCE ANALYSISThe GTMI study
A complete commercial assessment of your market.
Each study examines a specific enterprise software company and identifies the competitive position, enterprise opportunities, and acquisition strategies supported by our research.
Competitive positioning
We analyze the vendor’s product, capabilities, competitors, and alternatives to identify its strongest commercial differentiators and potential competitive disadvantages.
Market and enterprise opportunities
We investigate relevant industries, business processes, and prospective enterprise customers to identify where the vendor’s capabilities may address meaningful commercial needs.
Enterprise account strategies
We develop research-backed assessments of ten prospective enterprise accounts, including relevant business priorities, potential use cases, competitive considerations, qualification requirements, and recommended commercial approaches.
Customer acquisition strategy
We evaluate account priorities and potential Market Capture Paths, including how individual customer wins could create references, capabilities, or access to future opportunities.
Ten account assessments is the target specification for a completed study. Company studies are currently in preparation.
Researched before you buy
The research is already done.
Traditional consulting begins after a client commissions the work.
GTMI takes a different approach. We independently select and research enterprise software companies, develop our commercial assessments, and prepare the studies in advance.
You can review the study’s scope, findings, and supporting research before deciding to purchase the complete report.
You buy the research, not the promise of research.
